- Automation Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities
To assure quality of maintenance and of it’s physical assets for the production area.
To improve reliability of machinery and provide technical support of sectors such as method, troubleshooting, maintenance, reliability and durability.
To define, manage and optimize the maintenance plans and the job plans for internal and external operators.
To be involve with equipment evolution.

Assist in recruitment activities such as candidates search through various recruitment channels, interview arrangement, phone screening
Provide HR administrative support and engagement activities
Process administrative payment through system
Work collaboratively with internal and external staffs to gather information for analysis

- Mechanical Design/Project Engineer
Provides the equipment needed to achieve the project objectives at the best performance / cost ratio, using the standards.
Lead the pre-study to define the most effective solutions.
Manage the design or integration by respecting the best practices of its business (internal, external standards, quality system, capitalization, archiving) in collaboration with all the relevant professions.
Pilot the realization, installation and commissioning.
- Industrial Progress Engineer
• Implement progress initiatives to improve his/her entity’s performance.
• IE Basics are in place and maintained.
• Activity / time records are updated, and activity follow-up tools are in place.
• Necessary headcount / machine calculations are performed, and capacities are under control.
• Contribute to the progress network by sharing best practices.
• Manage change effectively: the key change players are onboard and committed to implementing progress initiatives.
• Develop operational teams’ long-term autonomy in order to manage their progress initiatives.
