• MLB Product Engineer
  Key Qualifications
  Knowledge in the design and development of high speed digital and/or analog boards and systems.
  Experience in computers /communication devices /consumer electronics preferred.
  Required a solid understanding of the system development including concept creation, schematics and board development, as well as board and system bring up and debugging.
  Direct experience with one or more of the following technologies: high speed bus design, low power design, industry standard protocols (PCIE, USB, wireless, thunderbolt, etc.) and their design issues.
  Experience in leading successful, high-impact technical projects with strong PM skills.
  Software and scripting experience a plus.
  Drive technical root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve system quality.
  Demonstrated initiative with a high level of energy, and methodical & efficient problem solving skills including engineering DOEs.

• Mech Quality Engineer
  Key Qualifications
  Typically requires 5+ years of experience in developing quality plans, designing test methods and gauges, validating test methods and gauges, and driving corrective actions and failure analysis efforts required.
  · Knowledge of quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations. An area of expertise such as a specific process, material or industry is key to show depth of knowledge base.
  · Project management experience and a solid understanding of problem solving tools including design of experiments, root cause analysis and statistical process control principles preferred.
  · Experience with any of the following: mechanical enclosures, castings, plastic parts, injection molding, tooling, jigs, fixtures, or automotive high volume quality manufacturing engineering.

  Key Qualifications
  8+ years of work experience / strong track record with program and project management.
  Experience working in a dynamic, customer experience centric retail organisation with background in sales enablement, external staff engagement, brand advocacy or trade marketing.
  Extremely comfortable dealing with ambiguity, with a constant drive to focus and simplify in all facets of program initiatives.

  Key Qualifications

  Solid SMT technology experience (min 3 years)
  Experience with surface mount discrete passive (01005 size)
  Experience with fine pitch surface mount IC (e.g. FPBGAs)
  Experience with stencil design for fine pitch IC and SMD component
  Experience with UF and conformal coating process
  Experience of de-fluxing material and cleaning process
  Familiar with PCB design for miniature component
  Experience with Display technology and process
